Superb service in every way.
- Kevin (the owner of the business) came round soon after I talked to him on the phone and went through all the options and the detail very thoroughly, but in an easy to understand way.
- All queries via email were responded to very quickly and the responses were very informative.
- The work rate of the guys on the ground was second to none - they arrived very early each day, working hard all the way through till the evening, despite poor weather.
- The work was done very tidily and the one tile that was accidentally broken was promptly replaced.
- Everyone in the company was very polite and easy to talk to.
