Warranty
At the time of placing your order or paying a deposit you should be issued with a Deposit Protection certificate from us. This document will protect your deposit, prior to the commencement of the contract for up to 25% of the contract value. Once your contract has been completed to your satisfaction and you have paid the balance in full, you may apply to IWA for Guarantee Insurance. Once processed your
Guarantee will then be insured for a period of ten years and is underwritten by FSA authorised Insurers.
